With the license purchased from Amppiworks Store, you are allowed to use music in:
- Videos, films, trailers, games, or other multimedia projects that you were hired to make, intend to sell, distribute, or release to paid audiences or clients – reproduction of the project is included.
- Tv or radio advertisement.
- Use in a paid online podcast, or a podcast that generates revenue through advertising or related services.
- Stream, broadcast, or display on a commercial website (any website that generates revenue), YouTube, Vimeo, or any other video aggregation website.
- Use in software or videos released on physical media (BLU-RAY, DVD, CD). Excludes audio-only CD’s.
- Use in a live theatrical performances or as a part of a concert performance where audience members pay to attend.
- Use as a part of a toy or any product available for purchase in a store or online. Excludes audio-only CD’s and paid downloads.
What you are NOT allowed to do:
- Re-sell or re-license music on its own.
- Claim exclusive ownership of a music track.
- Copy music tracks and files on CD or other media apart from your multimedia project.
- Sell audio-only CD’s or audio downloads using the music tracks without synchronization with other media.
